Core Banking Test Lead - End-to-End Strategy & Oversight

Novature Tech is seeking a Test Manager for Core banking in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end testing of banking modules like CIF, CASA, and Loans.

Your role will include preparing testing strategies, reviewing test plans, leading a team of testers, and reporting to management on progress. Familiarity with the Software Testing Lifecycle is essential.
