Job Description

Responsible for our core network and infrastructure, this includes the support, operation and maintenance of both the service and hardware of elements that make up this infrastructure (eg EIR, UPG, PG, CUDB, HSS-FE, HLR-FE), and new elements as they are delivered by Ericsson.

Job Responsibility

  • Working to Service Level Agreements, but also required to be part of a 24/7 on call rota,

  • supporting the HLR network 365 days a year to provide the technical lead, input and direction to fault situations.

  • Provide timely response to the failure of a service or system.

  • Assist incident management to resolve incidents, providing out of hour’s standby cover and callout support.

  • Communicate major problems to management, team members, and the user community and product owner.
