Our client, a leading American law firm, seeks an experienced corporate/banking paralegal to join their London team and assist with complex transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and drafting transaction/corporate documents and agreements
• Preparing and filing corporate documents
• Ensuring deal conditions precedent and execution documents are completed
• Assisting with closing and post-closing
• Drafting trade and ancillary documentation
• Assisting with billing
