Job Description
This position reports to the Corporate Benefits Manager and is an exempt position. This role requires the ability to manage multiple areas of focus with little supervision. Principle areas of responsibilities shall include but aren’t limited to:
General Clerical - Provide general administrative support to the Benefits Department. This includes, but is not limited to answering the phone, maintaining department supplies, coordinating all shipments, and overseeing the annual Guideposts renewal.
Responsible for handling all locations’ newly eligible insurance enrollment labels and letters for mailing of health enrollment documents. Prepare tracking spreadsheets and send insurance packets to new enrollees and court ordered dependents.Manage document supply for plan documents and forms for packets.
Responsible for monthly budget reconciliation and Director of Corporate Benefits’ Expense Report preparation.
