Our Legal client based in Sandton is seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Commercial Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will provide corporate and commercial legal services to
clients and contribute to the growth of the practice

Minimum Requirements

• LLB Degree


• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa


• 3–5 years' solid post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial Law


• Proven experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and/or project finance transactions


• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills


• Demonstrated experience in client engagement and relationship management


• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents
