Drive the pursuit of new business by partnering with the Regional Director, Market Director and Studio Leaders to define the strategy, target clients, and relationship approaches that most effectively position the Corporate, Commercial & Civic Studio to win new work.Provide leadership and management necessary for the development and growth of the studio consistent with SmithGroup’s strategic themes of: growing the firm, building expertise, and designing holistically.Maintain relationships with past clients and develop relationships with current/new clients.Lead the growth of SmithGroup market share and net revenue by securing new work and empowering teams to deliver profitable, high-quality design and exceptional client satisfaction.
