On behalf of our client, a large downtown law firm, we are recruiting an Associate to join the corporate commercial department. The firm has an excellent reputation for client‑focused service, a good culture, and a file load for you to take on. Those who wish to develop their own client base will have a higher bonus structure. The position is in‑office with the option of remote work on occasion. Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements Provide legal advice on business law matters Support clients with incorporations, reorganizations, and transactions Build and maintain solid client relationships Qualifications
