The Role
You will manage your own caseload and advise a diverse client base, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses, across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising SMEs and corporate clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Preparing shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Advising on confidentiality agreements (NDAs) and other commercial contracts.
• Assisting with business sales and acquisitions, mergers and corporate restructures.
• Advising on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
• Handling debt recovery claims and commercial disputes where required.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing commercially focused legal advice.
