**In this role you will:**
+ Oversee internal and external communications programs that align with company strategy and support ongoing business transformation.
+ Develop and execute internal communications that enhance the employee experience and facilitate organizational change.
+ Manage the editorial strategy and production of company publications, including the _Outlook_ , Graybar’s employee/retiree magazine since 1936.
