Corporate Counsel

Lightstar Renewables is seeking an Attorney to join its legal team and support the development, acquisition, financing, construction, and sale of solar and battery energy storage projects across the United States.

This position will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an early-career attorney to gain broad exposure to project development, real estate, construction, commercial contracting, corporate transactions, and renewable energy law within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
