Role: Employment Corporate Counsel Location: New York City, NY or Edison, NJ. The role requires candidate to be onsite at one of these TCS offices 5 days a week.TCS seeks a senior employment law attorney with experience litigating and advising on domestic employment law issues. The successful candidate will be a primary legal advisor as part of a small Employment Law team, report to the Deputy General Counsel – Head of Legal, Americas, and Associate General Counsel - Deputy Head of Legal – USA and provide legal support to our human resources department.Work from office – five days per weekResponsibilities include: •Providing guidance to the other employment counsel and developing strategy for the employment law team. •Providing day-to-day proactive, strategic, and practical employment law advice, assistance and counseling to HR Partners, as well as providing guidance on US employment policies.•Working with HR to help manage and respond to employee relations i...
