Our client is a well-established company that is currently rapidly expanding. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to join their team in PJ.

The new role

• Perform financial modelling and monitor projects Internal Rate of Returns and provide updates where necessary.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation of the company’s short and long-term sources of funds and funding requirements/capital structuring, including prioritization and distribution of financial resources.
• Liaise with company secretary for board resolutions and announcements.
• Act as principal advisor for any corporate exercise.
• Evaluate thresholds for triggering announcements/shareholders approval/board approval.
