Role purpose

As a Corporate Finance Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing high‑quality investor relations materials, maintaining effective communication with existing and potential investors and investment banks / advisors, and executing key financial projects on fundraising and M&A. This role ensures accurate and compelling presentations, supports bond sales, manages funding projects, and drives financial and operational efficiencies across the organization. It provides direct front‑office exposure to top‑tier investment banks, global credit and private equity funds, family offices and asset managers.
