Corporate Finance Senior Manager – Singapore

This role offers the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of transactions and strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, takeovers, corporate restructurings, and other corporate finance engagements. You will work closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, helping them identify opportunities, execute deals, and maximise value through informed, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a lead advisor on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, takeovers, and other strategic finance projects.
• Lead business development efforts, including preparing and delivering client proposals and presentations.
