Department: Corporate Governance

Reporting to: Head of Corporate Governance

Job Purpose

To support the Corporate Governance function in maintaining an effective governance framework across the Bank, in line with CBUAE, SCA and internal governance requirements. The role will provide the trainee with practical exposure to Board governance, Senior management interaction, regulatory requirements, policy documentation, governance reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the review and maintenance of the Bank’s Corporate Governance Framework, policies, procedures and related governance documents.
  • Assist in tracking CBUAE, SCA and other applicable governance requirements.
  • Support preparation and coordination of corporate governance related inputs for Board and Board Committee matters, in coordination with the Board Secretary.
