Your Role
We are seeking a Corporate Legal Analyst with deep expertise in legal entity management within a multinational company. This role will report to the U.S.-based Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate & Securities, and will manage Ciena’s international legal entity portfolio while supporting corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
The position offers the opportunity to work closely with U.S. and global stakeholders, manage external counsel and corporate service providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
