Our client, a national professional services firm with a major presence in Toronto is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its Office of the General Counsel. This role offers a strong opportunity for a business-minded legal professional to work within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment, supporting multiple service lines across Canada. The ideal candidate, brings 3–5 years of relevant corporate/commercial experience from a leading firm or in-house environment, and demonstrates strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
