Corporate Legal Lawyer (Comunidad de Madrid)

Generalist lawyer with knowledge of commercial and corporate law and experience in M&A transactions (investment agreements, share/asset purchase transactions, shareholders’ agreements or joint venture agreements) and/or corporate restructuring transactions (mergers, demergers/spin-offs, etc.), with experience in law firms or in‑house legal departments.

Functions

Within the Legal Department, the role will provide ongoing in‑house corporate legal support at both domestic and international level, advising Group companies and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day advice on corporate governance, incorporation and ongoing management of Group entities across multiple jurisdictions, including responding to routine legal queries.
