Key Responsibilities

Domestic and International Corporate Law

• Provide day‑to‑day advice on corporate governance, incorporation, and ongoing management of Group entities across multiple jurisdictions, including responding to routine legal queries.
• Draft, review, and manage corporate documentation, including articles of association/bylaws, board and shareholder minutes and resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates, and all documentation supporting the end‑to‑end corporate lifecycle.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of local counsel (internal and external) in relevant jurisdictions.
• Support the management of the Group’s global corporate housekeeping, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with internal standards by using AI tools.
