We are working with a leading international law firm seeking to hire a Corporate M&A Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its high-performing team in the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value cross-border Corporate and M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

You will work closely with market-leading partners on sophisticated regional and international matters, gaining strong client exposure and responsibility from an early stage.
