Our client, a top-notch home appliance company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Management Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop, manage, and optimize the annual overall Marketing operating budget under the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Establish a performance measurement system using KPIs and OKRs for the Marketing Department’s functions and personnel.
Manage and assign tasks, provide training, and develop the capabilities of employees within the Marketing Department, including PR, Design, Content, Events, and other functions.
2. Professional Responsibilities and Duties Corporate Brand Strategy and Brand Architecture ManagementPlan and develop the Group’s overall brand positioning strategy.
Develop and manage a consistent brand identity system across all touchpoints and communication channels.
