A San Francisco–based corporate legal department is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support in-house counsel with a wide range of corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, business-oriented legal environment and brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
