Overview

We’re looking for two people to join our Corporate Records team to support the effective management, access, and care of Auckland Council’s corporate records. The roles are based in Albany Hub and the Manukau Civic Building. Salary ranges between $70K – $75K.

The positions help ensure Council meets its compliance obligations for information, records, and data, while making it easier for internal teams, CCOs, and customers to access the information they need. You’ll manage records and information requests, support the transfer and maintenance of Council records, and assist with digitisation and scanning activities across the wider Council group.

Key Responsibilities
