Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. You will work closely with our CEO & Executive Team to understand our company's specific needs and help us build a tremendous team.

A day in the life…

• Sourcing and reviewing new candidates for the company's needs
• Build a candidate pipeline in accordance with the job description.
• Update and maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all active and passive candidates database in Google sheet and Applicant Tracking System
• Create boolean search to LinkedIN and Google Xray
