Job Description
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new sales account and to ensure business continuity. You will be under the direct supervision of a Sales Supervisor.
Major Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers for domestic freight forwarding services. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, online platforms, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their business requirements, provide appropriate solutions and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Prepare and present customized quotations and proposals to clients based on their specific needs and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and pricing to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
