Corporate Sales Executive

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares and review the necessary documents in filing and releasing of shipment to BOC

Classify and compute the duty and tax for client approval and entry lodgment/submission to BOC and monitors BOC portal response

Responsible in sending for BOC assessment, SAD and FAN for client’s payment of Duty and Tax

Responsible for entry lodgment and submission to BOC portal and monitor BOC response in portal

Responsible for BOC assessment, email to client single administrative documents and final assessment notice for client’s payment of duties and taxes

Check and ensure compliance with all regulatory permits and needed requirements per client

Prepare and review the required customs documents needed for releasing of cargoes from BOC and accredited warehouse

Liaise with client the delivery instruction and ensure to coordinate with operation for truck booking.
