Corporate Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management of security on all HMDC BU operated facilities, to ensure the development and implementation of efficient security operations and cost-effective security systems across all HMDC Group
• Ensures alignment of Security policies and procedures.
• Identifies and implements new security processes, technologies and systems to improve and streamline security processes and the use of resources across HMDC facilities.
• Provides strategic direction for security training, employee security awareness, emergency response and security incident management.
• Approves monthly contract compliance reviews undertaken per site as well as conducts a quarterly review and evaluation of SGF per site in coordination with SE’s and MOM’s.
