An established UK law firm with a strong national presence and growing international reach is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured and collaborative team advising a diverse client base across a range of sectors. The Role You will work on a broad mix of corporate transactional matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Joint ventures Private equity transactions Drafting and negotiating key corporate documents (including SPAs, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association) You will also play a role in client relationship management and business development, contributing to seminars, articles, and wider marketing initiatives.
