Corporate Solutions Manager

Job De ion:

The Corporate Solutions Manager formulates plans and executes sales and profitability strategies. Responsible for generating and expanding Cash Management relationships within the Corporate Banking Center's (CBG) and Retail Banking Center's (RBC) target market with the objective of maximizing business volume, deposits and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financials

• Ensures revenue growth and retention in a predefined portfolio in terms of Deposits, Volumes and Fees
• Pro-active approach to sales, lead client engagement and pitches or presentations
• Ensures at least a 1.5: 1 revenue to cost ratio for arranged deals of predefined portfolio
• Ensure proper pricing of deals for and under negotiation, to avoid any possible financial loss for the bank.
• Monitors clients compliance with the agreed commercial terms, including active negotiation on deals with noted shortfall.
