Job Description

As a Corporate Strategy & Finance Manager, you will partner with business leaders across the organization to support topline growth, optimize the cost structure, and drive efficiencies that maximize enterprise value. This is a hybrid role in Des Moines, IA. 
What You Will Do: 
Drive strategic financial decision-making by delivering actionable insights on pricing strategy, advisor recruitment and acquisition modeling, margin optimization, revenue leakage, and growth opportunities across business lines. Examples Include: Pershing and NFS contract negotiationsAdvisory program design and pricing initiativesDirect-to-platform strategy and comparative economics across the multi-channel offeringMargin sensitivity analysis as a core feature (e.g. market impact on fee compression, etc.)
