What The Role Is

As a member of the Corporate Planning Section under the Strategic Planning and Research Group, you will be responsible for driving the corporate planning process in HDB to formulate and monitor the implementation of HDB’s near-, mid- and long‑term plans and strategies in response to emerging strategic issues and in alignment with national priorities.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing horizon scanning to identify emerging issues that might affect HDB and the future of public housing in the long term
• Conducting in‑depth research and sense‑making to understand and translate these issues into actionable insights and problem statements
• Preparing foresight reports and presentations to sensitize key stakeholders to these issues and facilitate forward‑planning
