Strategy and Planning
- Business strategy formulation and strategic initiative ideation
- Work together with Finance in arranging/developing regular strategy planning and performance monitoring
- Assist CEO in communications to stakeholders through presentation decks
Corporate Development
- Corporate development strategy formulation and regular market screening, including synthesis of market developments
- Lead the execution of any inorganic (M&A) opportunities within CIMB Niaga group
- Monitor and evaluate execution of corporate actions and special projects
People Management
- Internal coordination across units and directorates
- Coordination and alignment with CIMB Group
Regulatory Compliance
- Providing information, analysis, report, or data as required by regulators
