Description We are looking for a Corporate/Transactional Attorney to join a Contract assignment supporting an in-house legal team in Los Angeles, California. This position focuses on handling a steady volume of commercial agreement work for the organization and its affiliated entities, with an emphasis on practical drafting, issue spotting, and timely turnaround. The ideal candidate brings strong transactional judgment, can work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment, and is comfortable contributing to additional legal matters as business needs arise.
