We are looking for a Cost Controller to support our growth in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee variable cost control (room and F&B) by comparing occupancy reports and room/F&B revenue accurately and efficiently to support hotel profitability.
- Conduct data analysis thoroughly and in a detail-oriented manner for cost monitoring and reporting.
- Perform effective coordination with GA Division (Purchasing, Receiving, Storekeeper), Housekeeping, and F&B regarding variable cost supervision.
