Job Description
Key Responsibilities Inventory Control
- Manage and maintain the company’s inventory system, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operational integration.
- Provide feedback to enhance company’s inventory system.
- Serve as the primary goods receiver across five venues, performing checks to ensure compliance with receiving procedures.
- Conduct weekly physical stock counts of food and beverage inventories to maintain accurate records and accountability.
- Verify the accuracy and documentation of stock transfers and internal venue requisitions within the inventory system.
- Review and assess asset purchase requests to prevent unnecessary expenditure.
- Review food and beverage costs and collaborate with venue managers to identify and implement cost optimisation initiatives.
