Job Description
As a Cost Engineer within MSH/ MSB Lean Manufacturing, you will be responsible for driving cost efficiency across High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), Component Assembly and Test, and SSD operations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, implement, and govern cost improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with site and network‑wide financial goals.
Responsibilities- Manage and introduce cost improvement programs across manufacturing operations HBM, Multi‑Chip Packages (MCP) and Low Power DRAM (LP‑DRAM) Component Assembly/Test/SSD.
- Perform month‑end close activities and drive performance to plan, including:
- Budget adherence (spend vs. budget by department and cost category).
- Capex optimization targets.
- Free Cash Flow (FCF) project deliverables.
- Material consumption performance to target.
- Financial Competitive Analysis for cost competitiveness benchmark.
