Cost Engineer - Upstream (Saudi Arabia)

Job Overview

Eram Talent is actively seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to handle Project Management activities for the Upstream Unconventional Resources. This role requires expertise in large, complex projects with a global reach, and prior experience in upstream oil and gas, midstream, LNG, refining and petrochemicals industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide all cost engineering expertise and coordinate activities as group/unit leader as required.
• Prepare the cost portion of engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
• Collect, monitor, analyze and report all cost information through the Project Manager.
• Review and analyze all claims and Change Orders on project contracts.
• Participate in the negotiation of project contracts as required.
• Initiate appropriate action when total forecast indicates allocated funds will be exceeded.
