Cost Manager (QS Procurement Lead)

Role Overview

We are hiring a QS Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end procurement strategy for large-scale data centre / mission‑critical projects. This role will focus on commercial procurement, tender management, and contract award across high‑value CSA and MEP packages.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Planning

• Lead procurement strategy, sourcing plans, and package structuring
• Manage trade packaging across:
  • CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)
  • MEP (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection)
• Align procurement timelines with project programme and delivery milestones
• Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, and market benchmarking

Tendering & Bid Management

• Manage full tender lifecycle: RFQ / RFP, tender issuance, bid analysis, and award
