Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY 
The Costume Shop Alteration Specialist will support the Costume Shop Supervisor in the coordination of alterations for the costume items in the entertainment shows for all NCLH vessels. They will maintain a schedule of the alterations to ensure costumes make road case deadlines., this coordinator will facilitate the inspection of the finished garments to adhere to NCLH quality standards. This specialist will support the training of new personnel on NCLH costume shop standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Work directly with Management and the team, to establish priorities and support the management of labor and scheduling.
Schedule and assist in the supervision of fittings in coordination with Wardrobe Leads and Shop Manager.
