**Position requirements**:- Advanced English required, verbal and written.
- Minimum education: University with a Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade or other related fields.
- Preferred previous experience as Administrative Assistant or similar positions.
- Preferred previous experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
**Job responsibilities**:- Contribute to commercial and administrative management.
- Support clients effectively and professionally.
- Prepare reports and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate shipments and transit of materials until their arrival with the client.
- Manage and update internal database according to the internal ERP system.
