We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team at Marsh McLennan. This role is based in Toronto and is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office.

Provide strategic and tactical legal guidance to Marsh McLennan's Marsh and Mercer US business, focusing on commercial contracting and related matters. Collaborate closely with the business and other members of the Legal Team in reviewing and negotiating client engagement letters, client service agreements, consulting agreements, and statements of work (SOW). Assess Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare responses that align with Company contractual requirements, negotiate data privacy and security agreements, and effectively communicate company and legal department policies and approval processes for contract modifications to internal colleagues.
