Pathways to Independence seeks six Counsellors for its Dual Diagnosis program. This role involves planning and implementing services for adults facing mental health and behavioral challenges. You will empower clients by promoting personal and community living skills following established plans and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement services according to individual life plans
• Coach clients to make positive life decisions

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in human services
