We are currently looking for a Counter Sales Assistant to join our team at Branch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the action.

What you’ll do

• Deliver excellent face‑to‑face and telephone customer service.
• Assist customers with sales, enquiries, and product advice.
• Process transactions accurately for both account and cash sales.
• Keep shelves replenished and stock well presented.
• Pick and prepare orders for collection or delivery.
• Help unload supplier vehicles and check goods received.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
• Assist with stock control, including regular stock takes.
• Support merchandising and store layout when required.
