The Best Connection are recruiting for Counterbalance FLT Roles - Busy Car Parts Factory!

We're looking for Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) Operators to join a large, fast-paced car parts manufacturing factory. This role is ideal for experienced drivers, but we also welcome candidates with expired or previously invalid FLT licences who are keen to retrain and gain full certification.

Pay Rate: £13.74 per hour

⏱ Overtime Rate: £20.61 per hour (after 37.5 hours)

Valid licences preferred.

Shift Pattern - MUST be able to work all three:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00

This is a rotating 3-shift pattern, so full flexibility is essential.
