Job Title: Counterbalance FLT Night Operative (Monday-Friday)

Location: OL12 area

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (CB FLT) Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in the OL12 area. This is a Monday to Friday night shift role offering consistent hours and long-term potential.

Pay Rates

• Base rate: £12.75 per hour
• Evening shift (+10%): £14.03 per hour
• Night shift (+15%): £14.66 per hour
• Overtime (1.5x): £19.13 per hour

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift (10 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours)

Role Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (CB FLT) safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
