Job Description

Overview

The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:

Manage the business:

1. Create Business Plan:

  • Maintain an updated knowledge of the market ensuring a solid base for the business plan to include: competitor activity, reimbursement, market trends and other relevant health economic factors
  • Develop and lead execution of a Country business plan that contain objectives for financial commitments and sales plan
  • Marketing plan containing:

    • Meetings and congresses
    Advertising
    Physician training
    Local advocacy
    Other promotional activities

  • Launch specific: define product launch activities for the country including execution, in collaboration with European product management and marketing

    • 2. Defining Objectives for sales force: ensure that clear objectives for Sales performance, Service, Productivity and Cost exist for the Country
