We are partnering with an international B2B supply chain / distribution group on a retained and confidential search for a Chief Finance Officer in the Philippines .

This is a senior country finance leadership mandate for one of the group’s most important Southeast Asia markets. The role reports directly to the Global CFO and partners closely with the Philippines Market Managing Director and senior leadership team.

Importantly, this mandate carries clear International/Global CFO succession relevance. The business is looking for a finance leader who can succeed in the Philippines today, while also demonstrating the commercial judgement, leadership maturity and transformation capability required to be assessed for broader regional / Group CFO leadership over the mid‑term.
