Shape financial strategy for Uline Mexico as the Mexico Country Controller. You will oversee our Credit, Collections and Cash Application teams to optimize operations and ensure legendary service.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily Credit, Collections and Cash Application operations, ensuring strong performance and high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and drive process improvements.
• Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
• Monitor internal audits to assess workflows and individual performance, identifying coaching opportunities.
