Role:

He/ She would lead India's RCM operations, driving growth, profitability, and client excellence, oversee large-scale delivery, workforce strategy, and digital transformation, serving as the face of the India business.

The role would cut across Strategic Leadership, P&L Business growth, Operational Excellence. He/ She would be leading 1000+ FTE operations across medical billing, coding, AR, denial management, claims, prior authorization, and patient financial services. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build trusted CXO-level client relationships.

Champion automation, AI, and analytics in RCM workflows.

Modernize operating models for scalability and client experience.

Ensure adherence to HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and client policies.

Maintain strong governance, risk, and quality frameworks.
