- P&L Leadership: Full accountability for the Malaysia business unit, ensuring sustainable growth, project profitability, and a robust pipeline.
2. Ecosystem Diplomacy
- Strategic Alliances: Serve as the primary liaison with MIDA, MSIA , and local state agencies (e.g., Invest Penang) to secure R&D grants and tax incentives.
